One base or several stops?

You might prefer to settle into one base, return to familiar streets in the evening and take your time over meals. Or you may want to move between a few places. We can weigh the appeal of each against the time you have and how often you want to pack up and move on.

Choosing where to stay.

My photograph from July 2025 captures one of the contrasts that can shape a Tuscany itinerary: the texture of a town, with countryside stretching beyond it. Would you rather stay within walking distance of dinner, or make space for a quieter base outside town?
